1.02 update to 1.1.1 after crash now problems

hi dears,

what a crazy day.
after trying to get away my 6 hours standby time problem, i was not able to restore my 1.02 firmware. so i thought, well lets upgrade to 1.1.1
i did it and of couse itunes say invalid simcard.

I used ibrickr to downgrade to 1.02 again, that worked fine.
i can look to the files with ibrick, but the phone still says its not aktivated.
any idea what i can do now?
the main problem with all the activation methods etc. is that the wifi still does not work :-(((((((

i think my boss will kill me tomorrow because i bricked his phone :-(((

EDIT: ok, i am stupied, i forgott to aktivate it and thought ibrickr is activating it.

but still no WiFi :-(
last time i tried to upgrade baseband etc. with bbupdater but wifi still did not work.
so will there be any way to aktivate the phone now? if i have no wifi, all the ipsf etc. will not work, they all need the wifi. also if i am upgrading again to 1.1.1 i can not jailbreak it because i have no wif ....
