Default Possible to specify a proxy server in Safari?

I know that you can setup a VPN and a proxy server there. However, *every* browser lets you specify a proxy server just for web traffic. I can't find that for Safari on the iPhone anywhere. Is it possible, or is this just another feature that Apple decided to leave out?

While configuring your wifi, you can edit it and specify your http proxy. General-> Network->wi-fi->(click the right arrow of your wifi network)->scroll down

Ahh thanks. I poked around this thing for a while and didn't quite see that option. The lock icon next to the wifi connection was stopping my eyes from seeing the blue arrow.
