There is a forensic kit that can be used to recover files by Jonathan Zdziarski but its not the easiest thing to do.
If u re looking for a simple solution,unfortunately there isnt one.

Νop,its not that simple.You ll have to download its payloads from the author's site.Use something like iLiberty to install it while your iphone is in recovery mode and so on.Its use isnt quite"tap and go"unfortunately.
There are similar programs for windows and mac to do the job.The one i mentioned though seems to have the highest success rate.
