    Unhappy Pls help my iPhone can not startup and restoring

    Dear all. I try to hack my iPhone at state test point I can not do that. After that I can not start my iPhone and I try to restoring by iTune but before finish it have "The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored.An unknown error occurred (1002)" every time . How can i do next for my iPhone.

    Do a restore in a mac! I heard that works when you get that error.

    No access to a MAC unfortunately. Is there a reference anywhere for these error codes when restoring (1002)?
