I am unable to. I restored the iphone and when it connects to itunes I get this error:

We could not complete your iTunes Store request. A secure network connection could not be established.

Make sure SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0 is enabled in the internet options control panel, then try again.

I did, and it is. I've never had a problem like this before!

    no:

Make sure your network connection is active, and try again.

I recently installed and uninstalled an old version of itunes in an attempt to activate the iphone. Maybe this mucked things up.

Something is definitely wrong... And its itunes, not your iphone... you need to fix this first.... once your itunes connects fine to the store then you can go back to the iphone... i'd uninstall itunes completely, reboot, then reinstall and see if you get anywhere... alternatively try searching the web for people that had the same error and what to do to correct it...

if all else fails I'm afraid your going to have to try on another computer until you find a solution...
