While playing a video/movie, does anyone experience the problem that it dumps you out to menu or worse, reboots the iphone?
i've had this problem since i opened it out of the box.
i got my iphone OTB 1.1.1, and without modding it or anything i would upload movies to it and i notice almost any movie i play on it, it crashs the iphone.

i have tried using various programs to encode. i've used my dvds, downloads, i've tried various video bit rates but the result is always the same.

however take note of the following, the video plays perfect on my PC, ipod video, and on dvd player. and finally, the exact same videos that crash on my iphone work perfect on my friends iphone??

i have jailbroken and unlocked it, both my friends and I are same exact firmware and same carrier yet on his movies wont crash but on mine they always do.

anyone else have videos that crash on their iphone?

everything worked fin on 1.0.2 before i upgraded to 1.1.1 and this is annoying the hell out of me!
anyone know a solution to this?

Just had a thought, did you use the program which switches the library on your iphone so u can sync with two computers?
if i remember correctly i started having problems after installing that.
