Phone not charging or connecting via USB its charging with Mains tho?? Any ideas??

maybe you can still charge it using the ac adapter

Yeah ive tried 3 different machines... :-( Still charging with AC / Mains but i need to connect with USB to transfer things etc :-( Cant be the battery life up already could it???

Hey, did this start happening once you upgraded to 1.1.1 or was it out of the blue? This happened to me when i upgraded to 1.1.1 and I held the home and power button for 10 secs, then released JUST the power button and held the home button for another 10 secs. It fixed my problem, I hope it helps with yours!

Yup just started an hour ago! :-( No go on the 2 button reset im afraid... Wondering if i should run the battery right down then see...?

It goes into recovery mode and iTunes pops up... Left recovery mode and still nothing. I might just restore see if that works. :-(

Anyone else heard of this issue? I chickened out of the restore and thought it let the battery run out fullly. See what happens...

Out of nowhere, my iphone seems to only be charging correctly when I connect it to my pc. The AC adapter isn't working now.
