Itīs possible to make a personal payload for iplus??? ( Í want to put more applications...)

Can I use the WinSCP to copy applications, from one iphone, and then put into another iphone...
I need to put iPiano, in 5 iphones put i donīt want to put one by one...

Can someone help me?
