For those of you having trouble understanding Hex editing etc, I thought I would contribute, I hope it works !

Download the file, unzip it and copy it to C:\Program Files\iTunes

When asked to replace the existing file, click "Yes"

Note: This is a replacement exe for latest version of iTunes, so make sure you have that installed first.
