    Orange have an EDGE service? Are you sure? I thought they only currently offered GPRS... if this is true, I need to upgrade hehe

    There are no separate settings for EDGE. If you get a normal gprs signal the phone will pick up EDGE automatically. So just use the Orange GPRS settings for PAYG:

    Thumbs up

    YES! They do have EDGE 100%. Used it on a Windows Mobile device you see an "E" in a box appear instead of the "G" as you normally do but it comes and goes depending on reception. So you change between E and G.

    E = EDGE
    G= GPRS

    just incase

    I can confirm this, however the Iphone only displays an "E" even when it is connected vo a GPRS access point, so unfortunately the only way you will know is by a (hopefully) speed boost...
