    When they say "Some feauture will be broken" I'm sure thats the Visual Voicemail.

    Zebrum, anySIM doesn't work on the new bootloader.

    Actually, that's (really) what they do (yes, I know that was meant as a joke, but I'm serious): they call a call-center and give them the IMEI number of the phone. That number is then entered in Apple's activation server. The customer has to wait 24 hours until the phone can be activated. After that, connecting it to iTunes will activate and unlock it.
