Is it possible to make my iphone show the cover of my music albums in the ipod section if i didn't buy those album thru itunes? i have my own ripped-to-mp3's cds and would like my iphone to show the covers in the ipod function.
Anyone knows how?

You have to add the image you want to show as cover from itunes. Just see the properties of the song, and the last tab is used to see the cover. Also you have to check the option "Show ilustration of the album" on the Music tab of the options of the iPhone.

Not really sure, but on iPod that works.

In iTunes, if you select the song(s), right right click on them, select 'get info', you can drag & drop .jpg pictures into the Artwork box

it is really easy. you just need a lot of time for like 1000 artworks

You may wind up with only 70% of your artwork showing up if you use the Cut 'n Paste method. Something to do with how the database keeps the images.

My iTunes is all cover art, iPhone not so much.

Search the board for a solution. It's in there somewhere.
