hi, i have a question

could a normal digital dual sim card (price 5$ to 40$) unlock the iphone ??

my idea put the at&t card in slot#1 and my preferred provider sim in slot#2
activate my iphone with at&t card ccid power up and switch with the gsm menu
to second card.
Or i made a mistake in my mind and i need a very special sw ???
A normal hypercard is much cheaper then it will selled here....
a dump of the modified hypercard on the eprom will nice too :-)

But, I think that someone would figure that out earlier.

I have ordered some plaine dual sim adapters. I should recieve them today.

Ill report back when i have tried it.

it wont work, cause u aint fooling the baseband, it still looks for the valid iccid on ur sim... in case of the hypercard, it works almost like the turbosim method, which masks the actual iccid with the at&t one on startup... or call it sim select

I ordered 3 of them at $28 each:
DuoSIM D2/3G - Dual SIM Card Adapter(3G & GSM Compatible)
DuoSIM X2/3G- Dual SIM Card Adapter (3G & GSM Compatible)

I hope it works but my only concern that the Hyper Card has software installed on it already where this one doesn't. I'll report back once I get it.

I think it will work, but you'll need some extra software on the dual SIM
