NORDumper step, how long?
Fast question, at the NORDumper step. Been waiting for about 35 min. How long should it take?How do I know if it has hanged?Any ideas?Can I do it again? Close the terminal window and open a new one?Or just wait?

it took me almost 20min. I believe you can see a # when it is completed. Else restart putty, restart phone and try again.

Fairly easy to tell:
1) Nordumper returns to command prompt after its finished
2) SSH into the phone with Fugu (or whatever you like) and look for the dumpfile. Check the filesize. Complete dump is 4MB. If its not, it probably is still running. Check filesize, wait 20 seconds, check again. If it just got bigger, everything is working just fine.

just leave the window open.
if you see a:

in front of the curson, then it's finished, if not it's still working

If you check the sticky thread with the tutorial using needles, you can get the patched baseband firmware...
no need to dump the flash

I heard that you need to do your own firmware otherwise you get their IMEI number, etc.
