[Noobs] Iphone display turns off after a while (inactivity).
I just activated & jailbroke my 1.1.2/4.06 iPhone. Everything went quite smooth.
Why does the iPhone shut it's self down (the screen goes off) after a while if the screen is not touched? When pressing quickly the power button, I'll get the "slide to unlock" page. Is this normal, is there something wrong?
Allthough it worked this way also before the activation & jailbrake, so i guess the problem is not there. Could it be the sim-card? Since it does not get any connection, it shut it's self down?
Thanks.

You must disable the AUTOLOCK option in settings > general.

It does that in order to save battery, also if it did not lock and you were just touching it or had in your pocket and stuck your hand in, you would be touching it and making it do things, so its security as well.
