Default "No wi-fi", no minicom and only 6-7 hours of battery life

I was trying to unlock my iPhone in different ways. And when I was trying to do it with minicom through wi-fi - I lost my wi-fi after restore... Now my phone is unlocked and working (thanks to AnySIM), but I have "NO WI-FI" issue and my battery living only one night, then absolutely discharged. I think, that my wi-fi still working and may be searching something, but it isn't controlled by system, so system shows that there is no wi-fi, but battery working just like if wi-fi was working all the time. And when I were unlocking it - minicom was working just fine, but now it cann't be lauched because of termcap (there is no termcap in my phone). When I am putting termcap in /etc - minicom launched but not working properly (i'm trying to use minicom through mobileterminal). And if there is termcap in /etc, my mobileterminal hanging up all the time and giving me different errors, but if I'll delete termcap - mobileterminal will work just fine. So I think that after all this unlocking and restoring I lost some important data in the iPhone (I mean some files) and that's why I have such problems.

What do you think about it?
