no voice mail notication

when using fido i never receive the red dot on my voice mail can anyone tell me why

They have found a solution for it. It may be a bit complicated though.

so anyone know what is Fido's SMScenter number? and will we get vm notication after doing it? thanks

hmm this is very interesting stuff...i'll be trying it shortly and report back! it's weird though...because AFAIK fido voicemail notifications don't have alpha characers in the 'from'...it comes from +18

okay so i made the change...nothing seems different. interesting though because it's made me think about a whole branch of settings and ideas that i hadn't considered against this problem where fido users don't receive voicemail notifications. hope someone comes up with something brilliant soon!
