Hello everyone,

I do not if anyone have had this problem before. My iPhone will play sound normally through my earplugs with no problem, once I disconnect them the iPhone pause the music (normal),now if I want to play back the music from the internal speaker it wont play. After hour playing with it i realize the only way to get back to work the internal speaker of my iPhone was docking it and push the play button several time until it gets sound again. After a few hours working properly it just get the same annoying problem. I have done the cleaning and many other maintenance tutorial that I found online but nothing works.

On one of the phones I saw.
When you get a call the other party cant hear you and you cant hear the other party.
When you plug in the head phones no sound.
The only thing that works is when you get a call then you click on speaker phone then you can hear the other guy and he can hear you.

There is only two fixes for you
a. Do a DFU restore to your last working version.
b. You will need to get the phone hardware services. In the above case replacing the ribon cable 9$ on ebay fixed the problem.

You can get these weired problems either due to a lose contact or due to a break in the ribbon.
