I suspect that the usage of the headphones may be the reason - can you confirm or deny that - please only post if you have that problem and whether it appeared after or before you have used the headphones ?

I have unlocked the same iphone twice and both times the problem appeared after I tried the headphones. Before that there were no problems even with the conference calls

have excatly the same issue! Please help!
