no contact info on incoming calls

hey guys, need a little help. i am not getting any contact info on incoming calls. I do get info on outgoing calls. thanks

Check how you stored your phonenumbers. You have to store them like they are displayed when they come in. Could either be + country code or just the plain number.
Also you can search the forum on "caller ID sollution".

There is one file (abphoneformats)for the number format ie. +852 97362292 vs (973) 622 292

and another file (appsupport) is used for the caller ID matching- pick the number of digits that corrosponds to the shortest local numbers in your country (for me Hong Kong is 8 digits). To be safe you can just use the 7-digit one and it will work in virtually all cases.
