Default No auto-viocemail for missed calls

Is this my network. I've set up my vociemail number through the *5001*86*XXXXXX# thing. But if people call me and i dont answer it wont automatically go to voicemail...

I think it might be my network.. but is there any way to fix this?

For my country ... the voicemail is a network thing. No need for me to set up
