Default Newly installed apps from INSTALLER dont show up on springboard

after 2 days of installer not working, now i'm being told that it's installing, but after the soft reboot, they dont show up on the springboard...
it does say DOWNLOADING with a progress bar, so it's acting as if everything is going OK, but at the end, the app doesnt show...
    what can it be?

Happened to me a few times. Restart your phone and they should show up.

Check the permission.. Ive found a lot of apps have their permissions set wrong and then they will not show up. Course, usually after getting them to show up, they dont work anyway. Hardly nothing works with 1.1.3.. I wish I would have stayed at 1.1.2 and may even downgrade.

Ive just got my installer to work again!
I did this by logging on to WinSCP, put in my IP then root and alpine as password, (im running Windows) and then going to the applications folder and deleting the apps that i have tried to install and havent shown up.
For example i had tried to install the instant messenger app called apollo, it was there on my iphone in the application folder but not actually on my phone! so i deleted this and a few other apps that didnt successfully install. I could then install BossTool which helps u get the space on the drive need to install the apps u want! use this to help with BossTool: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=651
Hope this works for you guys

unfortunately, it didnt work for me...and as far as BOSSTOOL is concerned, im having the same issue...it says DOWNLOADING...shows me the porgress bar but i have a feeling nothing happened, because if i go back to the available programs i have for download from installer, BOSSTOOL shows up again....if it was dloaded correctly the first time, i wouldnt have the option of doing it again
