He is a supplier but he don't want to sell to end user by himself. He is looking for other people buy a lot from him sell to other countries. That's what I translate from what he wrote.

I can't read chinese. First of all i can distribute easily. But will need him to offer me one for a price for my private testing first, if you can pass that message on to him. Thanks. There's few people looking for turbosim and what not in Thailand, basically just trying to unlock their iphones. So there's a market here thats for sure, plus my friend has a phone shop, I can just let him sell it.
