Im on Windows, Itunes 7.3.2.6 , Havnt got an iphone, getting one soon. Will my version be safe ?

Some one make this a sticky.

As of now trying to Jailbreak with itunes 7.4 is bricking the iPhone. Basically do not restore or anything with 7.4 and a jailbreak tool.

Also what success have people had with syncing... I'm hearing good.
