Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

I just got the iphone 6 days ago and wanted to customize some icons and themes so I got ziPhone and used the jailbreak option to get installer on my phone. I then used summerboard now my phone just constantly loads up the homepage with the spinning wheel. A window with Edit Home Screen briefly appears and then the process repeats. I hooked the iPhone up to the dock in hopes of getting iTunes to restore it, but the iPhone does not show up in iTunes. Been on several boards trying to fix this myself. After 4 hours of trying to find the right fix, i am asking for any help. I am windows XP based and used WinSCP to connect to the iphone and tried some instructions on another page, but no go.

So, hopefully someone can help me out.

Do not use the passwd to change password on 1.1.3, it's currently broken and will make SpringBoard crach continuously.

it might help you although I don't know what to do if you have already changed it.

You did not look in the right places mate.

Summerboard is not compatible with 1.1.3 totally...

you need to search the native software section or restore back to 1.1.3 and use ziphone to jailbreak and unlock again.

i've got e same problem and i put it back into recovery mode ( pressing e power and home button, then only e home button till e cable/itunes logo appear method).

then itunes will automatically detect yr iphone. restore using itunes then reunlock using e ZiPhone GUI method.

do not install summerboard/customize until they rectify tis problem.

Yeah I think you might have to restore, if you did use the passwd command then all you have to do is replace the "master.passwd" and "passwd" files located in /etc/

As for summerboard and customize, they both work perfectly on 1.1.3 I use them all the time without any problems. If you run the smb fix from installer everything should be fine and customize has a modified version, just add the source http://touchrepo.com/repo.xml

I use Summerboard on my 1.1.3 (1.1.1 OTB) phone, haven't run any fix either. It just works

If you can sftp into the phone, just delete the application you installed prior to experiencing the problem. This would resolve it (at least it did in my case).

I had no issue with Summerboard because I installed the SMB Themes Fix from the Big Boss repository.
