A customer borught me his iPhone.
He told me he tried to unlocked it and that he re runed many times
AnySim and iUnlocker and that he was able to use the phone for 2 minutes
and then the Service disappeared and started on again for a few seconds
and so on.

Important:
He told me he first try it with the at&t Sim outside. And then with his Sim inside.

So I thought this will solved the problem.

1- Restore
2- wInstaller Jailbreak.
3- Pacay
4- Instal AppInstaller:
* Bsd Subsystem
* Comunity Source
* Open SSH
5- By putty type this:

launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist

The iphone works great with mi Sim inside.
But when we put his Sim inside.

It will say NEW IMEI FOUND. (This happened to me with the same company he uses but. In the other iPhones that customers use this company named CTI it will Say:
New IMEI Found. U click accpet and it will say: sending message u click accept and it wont bother u again.)

But with this one u click accept. In the New IMEI window.
The thing will dissapear and appear in just 2 seconds again and so on.

Done. I tried another CTI Sim ard and it Worked.
His Sim Card is damged
