A new icon popped up on the status bar of my phone this morning.
Its been unlocked for a few days but this is the first time I've noticed the icon.



Looks a little like a phone icon (handset and buttons).
What does it mean? I guess just that I'm able to make voice calls?

Maybe my imagination but it feels like my signal stength / reception has improved too recently.

BTW, I'm on vodafone in the UK.

So, any ideas anyone??

And, finally, sorry to hijack my own post with another question, but anyone on vodafone UK managed to get their voicemail button to work??
Obviously no visual voicemail, but I'd at least like to get it to call my voicalmail box.

EDIT: Just seen how to setup voicemail to button to dial 121... perfect!

Go to....Settings---Phone---TTY--->Off

It's showing that you have TTY =Yes selected in Settings>Phone
