if you can ssh/sftp into your phone via wifi (which was still possible when I had this same error) and replace the lockdown with your original lockup file then the file will reboot correctly... Then do a full restore on the phone afterwards.
Regrettably until you replace that lockdown file the file will not be able to be recognised by the USB connection or enter restore mode.

NOTE:
You know, when we put anything in USB the PC make a sound. and this doesn't happen now with iPhone

Try holding the power button and the home button, and keep holding untill your iphone reboots. But then let go after it reboots so you dont send it into restore mode. This worked for me when my iphone froze in a different situation then the one u described
