Default I've got the same problem!

I lost access via USB after loading lockdownd. However, I WAS able to get WiFi working and download SSH/SFTP, etc. (all tools) Phone is very slow to boot, erratic and you only get one chance to launch an App. Pressing the Home key always locks the phone again, requires reboot. (Of course iTunes does not recognize, nor does iBrickr)

now what!? Where do I get a valid lockdownd file, and why is the one I used bad? I upgrade to 1.02 firmware..., but it was supposed to work with that.

    Thanks for any help!

Got it back!! Solution was in a different thread: "Very slow springboard..." by "skidmark". For some reason, holding down POWER and HOME buttons while booting your computer causes the iPhone to enter recovery mode. iTunes was able to recognize it and restore original SW/FW. From there I've run iBrickr successfully.

I'm still trying to find a really reliable set of instructions from there...
