i have had the same trouble..... is your iphone currently running the latest firmware....
if it is, then google ' ibrickr 0.6 download ' this version of ibrickr works with the latest firmware update, and will work with your iphone.
when your iphone has been jailbreak-ed, you can then upgrade to ibrickr 0.8 'the lates version'
hope this helps

Thanks David, I install the version that you said me, but ibrickr not works.
The firmware version is 1.0.2
Ibrickr show me this:
Welcome to iBrickr!
iBrickr is the easy way to customize your iPhone.
Please wait while we contact your iPhone. If your iPhone is not plugged in please plug in the USB cable now.
the version of itunes is the last, but I try to execute in a console Ms-dos, any program ibrickr folder, and show me a alert with this can't find a iTunesMobileDevice.dll, reinstall......
Can you help with this problem¿?
Thanks.

before you start up ibrickr, version 0.6
press ctrl alt del, to bring up the task manager, and on click on processes, and ensure that anything to do with itunes is exterminated, you can do this by highlighting the programme and click 'end process' on the bottom right hand corner, and also close itunes helper, or anything to do with ipod.
and when you click on end process it will ask you, something along the lines of 'do you really want to end this proses' then just click YES,
and start up ibrickr v0.6 again and plug in you iphone, and this should solve your problem,
let me know,
David

no worries,
i think that the itunes version is different to the one i used,
the itunes version which i think is 7.3, google it.
and when you have updated the itunes 'the newer version and restarted your computer then, again close all the itunes programmes down, but only terminate itunes.exe and ituneshelper.exe nothing else this time.
and then start the ibrickr over again
