Default Moving MP3s, Videos, etc onto iPhone without iTunes?

is it possible to move music, videos, pics and stuff on to the iPhone without having to use iTunes? I'm not a fan of the iTunes interface and I'd rather just be able to grab a folder of MP3s from my library (I have over 800CDs ripped) and drag them over without having to create a 'playlist'

okay, not a clue what you guys have posted. Not to be rude, but both posts were pretty pathetic and didn't offer any explanation.
ssh/move play showed nothing on Google, except coming back to this thread. Same with googling move n play lite.
The other web link wasn't even in English.

    okay, thanks.
Though since I got home from Christmas I've had an odd thing happen. I might have to start this in a new thread.
Before I left I loaded up my iPhone with music - almost 8GB worth, and some pictures of Jessica Alba
When I got to my friends up north all the music was gone, but the pictures were there. The music was there before because I remember going through the many albums and seeing them there, but up north - gone. So I hooked it up to my friends iTunes on his laptop and moved some songs over. It said it needed to delete everything before it put the songs on so I clicked okay. The songs moved over no problem and I was listening to them. Now, I got home and wanted to put my music back on. It said again that it needed to delete everything and I clicked okay again. It deleted all the music, but it won't put my music back on it. I keep clicking Sync and it says it's syncing on both iTunes and the phone, but only for a second and it doesn't move any of my music over. I've tried selecting different playlists and everything, but it's not moving over any of my music any more.

look around setting you will find an option to remove all data and settings
although this is known to mess the installer app up so i would recommend uninstalling everything exept the installer before you do this

nope, that didn't work either. Every time I re-sync the iPhone iTunes goes through and restores everything. I can't figure out how to stop it from restoring and I have the same problem moving music over still.
Another thing I noticed; well, was pointed out to me by my friend, was that you can't drag and drop songs from your lists in iTunes to my iPhone. When I try I just get the cross sign saying no.
