I must have installed some skin for the dialer, but I decided to switch back to the normal theme. I could not remember where I found the skin to install, so I decided to delete the MobilePhone.app and put back on another one I had backed up.

And now everytime I open the Phone app it will just crash back to the springboard. I'm sure I set the permissions right; to 775.

Any help would be great; thanks : )

shouldnt permissions be 777.

I actually tried but, it doesn't work, like if I call myself with my home phone, I can access all the Phone features, like contacts, recents, favs, etc, but the app doesn't seem to open by itself.

Did you install the theme through installer? If so have you uninstalled it. I cant help much as i havent changed the skin on my dialer
