About LinkBacksIf I quit mobile Safari with just a blank page displayed and then relaunch, it always displays the Bookmarks menu. Is this normal behavior? If not, any ideas as to how to stop the Bookmarks menu from displaying? I unlocked using iPlus 2.0b.

Yes this is normal. I just tried to do the same. Open a blank page and then closed the browser. When I opened it agian, the bookmark appeared.
I guess this is normal.
