Hi i just did every step for HW unlocking my iphone, i run bbupdater -v and i get xgendata ok, but when i type minicom doesnt do anything, nothing appears on the screen.

Any ideas???

make sure minicom in in the /usr/bin/ folder and make sure you chmod it. run it again. if no go then try moving you wireless router or iphone closer so the connection can be stonger. happend to me a couple of times with wifi having a weak signal. good luck

wait a bit longer about 1min, minicom is known to take a while to load up... due to termcap file.
