Can you tell me if the Maps and directions work after using dvd johns activation crack or does that require edge?

Is it just the ipod and internet via wifi that work?

Yes it works. "Only" the phone and YouTube does not.

cool, does it show traffic?

So does the directions to function work also? like sat nav function thing?

I didn't do the Hack but I recently cancelled my service with ATT. Everything except phone and SMS messages work just fine. Another thing is I had a couple visual voicemails and even three days after cancelling I could still listen to the messages. I guess somehow the messages are saved to the phone and not on the network. I'm waiting big time for the unlock code as well. Ready to get that sone and use all the features with the exception of VM. Also, I can still sync and use the iphone as normal.

Any answers on the traffic directions working in the UK as yet ? Worked fine in the US over w-fi, but having no joy here in the UK
