I can confirm that copying the relevant "da.lproj" folder to fx. "/Applications/MobileSafari.app/" indeed work as expected.

Just to draw your attention to a problem I was having.

When I created the da.lproj folders in the beginning thought the ending was Iproj.
When writing in a san-serif font, a capital i looks just like a small L hence the confusion.

The correct folder is lproj probably short for language project

If you want to overwrite the english with danish, there is already a pack (not installer, but for SSH use):

can you please tell me how to install your italian language pack into my iPhone (ssh or installer). i would like to send an iPhone to my friend in Italy with italian language installed.

The iphone currently has 1.1.1 firmware. Thank you in advance for your reply.
