what if putting it into DFU does nto fix error 1?
i updated to 113 and well things went wrong, there is no wifi
so i wish to downgrade to 111 but itunes simply says error 1 and wont let me no matter how many times i try and yes i've been putting it in DFU mode everytime.

i'm not sure about 1013 but i always got the 1015 and yes ibrick boots it out for ya if u get a red background.

there are two ways to DFU mode....
--Hardware = hold the power and home, when the screen goes black continue holding the home button til itunes reconizes iphone
--Software = use the dfu.exe (i have an archive posted somewhere, look for DFU downgrade mode

actually, ziphone has an option, it lets u put iphone in dfu mode. so dfu.exe is sorta obsolete now.
in fact i tired DFU.exe, in some cases if did not properly put it into dfu mode, it would give me white screen.
i reocmmend ziphone, extract it and notice there is a batch file to put iphone in DFU

well ziphone uses the dfu.exe to do it lol
also dfu mode is the white screen... its just white to show you that its in there other than being black
eh i like my drag and drop method lol.... i just wish my desktop didnt have bad USB device in it cuz it always fails to restore...
soo did your problem get fixed?
