I had this problem and had to restore. Try deleting 'sh' and re-uploading it using SCP.

Have you installed both the original binkit via scp *and* the BSD package using AppTappInstaller? I had this problem after installing the BSD subsystem... check what your terminal settings are... my issues turned out to be a custom bash global profile that I was using (which set the TERM env variable to vt100) - the BSD Subsystem package requires vt102 instead by the looks of things, since setting TERM to vt102 worked.
