i've remained loyal to t-mobile even though i've had to buy grey mkt iphones for myself wife and daughter. i was planning to switch to verizon when iphone 5 comes out (we all have 3gs) just to be able to buy less expensive phones...

but, i love t-mobile especially their customer service. i'd stay if they get the iphone 5!

This is pretty crazy.Im wondering how things are going to work now. Im sure att will have 4g coverage now which is good, but I don't think you will be getting the customer service you had with t-mobile. You are going to be an ATT customer now... yeah they will have to expand but their customer service and plans and all that Coporate stuff will be all ATT.

This deal will not even go through for at least 12 months. It's subject to both regulatory and board of director review -- so even if it gets approved, no one will see any action based on this at least until this time next year.... This type of purchase isn't something that will be done quickly. So, while it's possible we'll see a T-Mobile iPhone, we sure as heck wouldn't see one before April of 2012.
