    Question Jailbreaking - legal?

    Hello everybody!

Just a question to those who know:

    1) Is it legal to jailbreak iPhone?
I am talking only about jailbreaking (activation the permission to add 3rd party software)

    2) Is it legal to offer / link to guides how to jailbreak?

    3) Do you loose your warancy if you jailbreak your iPhone?

    4) Are there any differences between US and EU?

    Thanks!!

Put it this way: everything (almost) you do after the phone has been jailbroken can be reversed to factory state, so if you want to return it they wont know.

As the iPhone is, quite frankly, crap out of the box theres no conceivable reason why you'd want to stay with the basic sh!t it comes with anyway.
