So Ill just say that I dont agree.
And that we are breaking the law. With using our iphones out of contract.

The dev team has contributed millions of dollars of profit for apple. In sales. more than half the people would not have purchased an iphone if they didnt know they could jail break it.
That's true, I would certainly have never got my iPod touch - which persuaded me to eventually get the iPhone 3G - if I couldn't jailbreak it.

Apple are just picking straws here as many others have said. They have run out of ideas and have no new technical measures to keep jailbreakers out.

Not sure why the question was asked.
    The answer is NO
Nice and simple. If Apple want to argue in court then they are welcome to do so, same goes for unlocking.
If I didn't believe I would win in court I would not say so, as it is, if Apple believe they are right then they can let the courts decide.
He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

If jailbreaking is illegal then apple & ATT's making more & more profits should be also defined as illegal. If we could not do jailbreak we would never be able to make the best use of our iphone.

My personal opinion is- It can not be illegal...because we r giving a lot of money to buy that phone...so we can do anything with that phone after buying it.and for better use for the customer, jailbreaking is must..

I love the apps. so I love JaiLBreaking. I bought it from apple. So I can modify it. What's wrong with that? In my point of view JAILBREAKING is not illegal. Jailbreaking is the symbol of freedom.
