having just got my iphone 3g (2.2.1) first thing i did was jailbreak it. since then i've been hearing of this mobileinstallation thingy.

anyways i've read mobileinstallation allows you to install cracked ipa's, i'm really confused as my iphone installs these apps without mobile installation.

am i missing something here? do i need to do the mobileinstallation install as well?
