i have same issue with my itouch as well, vista 64 is not supported by itunes as of now, and it states on the web site that 32 bits only! (not the same for osx it works fine with 64 bit...

it s just a shame that apple couldnt make itunes for 64 bits... and same with flash as well... only in 32 bits version of IE working,

the only thing i dont understand is 64 bit vista can run 32 bits programs just fine... how can it not run itunes? vista is out for almost a year now, and iphones are out for 6 months yet, no itunes compatible with 64 bit windows systems...

    shame.....

Thats not a solution, its a quick fix. I don't think Apple will ever support 64bit Vista. Its a shame because my machine ran much better with the x64 OS.

I thought Apple would have brought this support in iTunes 7.5 but lets hope they do it for 8.0, by that time, iPhones will be obsolete, lol.
