Default [iTunes] Library database corrupted, Musics suddenly gone

Yesterday I listened to the music on my iPhone, and it was quite nice. Today, I was going to do the same thing, but now the music has suddenly disappeared. Well, iTunes says it's there. Both on the capacity bar and in the iPhone library view.

I haven't done anything with the phone since last time I listened to music, and I do not have SwapTunes installed or anything.

I've restored, and that didn't seem to fix the problem, and now I'm back to square one, with the music on my iPhone, but not in the library kind of.

    It's all located in /var/root/Media/iTunes_Control/...

    Could anyone help me? :/

windrago: I didn't find any solution, so what I did was to install the SwapTunes application via Installer, swap the music library on the phone and sync again, then the second library would work fine, and the first would ble gone. Well, the music was there, but in iTunes it just took up space as "other". I tried to switch the name of the libraries folders on the phone, without success. Now I actually use the second library as main library, and the first library is empty.

Delete the content on iTunes_Control folder and re-sync your phone with iTunes.
This will recreate a new iTunes library database.

Here is how I fixed it:
I unchecked all my playlists. Then I applied and sync'd.
Then I checked one playlist and I sync'd. (one at time)
    Problem solved.
