iTunes 7.4.2(4) and European Charging
Hey Ive just ordered my iPhone (FW 1.1.1) from ebay and I was just wondering:
A) I redownload iTunes 7.4 and when I checked the 'About iTunes' it says I've got iTunes 7.4.2(4), Is this ok or will it brick my iPhone
and
B) I live in Ireland and was wondering if I can use my iPod charger with the iPhone or can I use an adapter for the American iPhone Charger?
Thanks

For answer second question , Usa Voltage is different than European voltage regulations . But All apple products chargers accept both voltages . 240 and 100 v . I think you can use it in your country . For the itunes question why dont you use latest itunes without applying the firmware update to the phone ?

Thanks Skyy,
But does iTunes 7.5 auto brick the iPhone when it connects it? Im currently using iTunes 7.4.2(4), is this ok for iPhones with FW 1.1.1 so that they wont get bricked?

Hi! I live in Ireland as well, bought my iPhone about a month and a bit ago. I got a uk to american adaptor off amazon and it works perfectly with that rather sexy little adaptor! I've also been using iTunes 7.5 with my unlocked iphone since it came out and its been working perfectly as well!
