iPhone Won't Charge
This morning I connected my iPhone to the wall adapter, but it wouldn't charge. I decided to connect it directly to my Mac, but it still wouldn't charge - instead I got an error saying that the USB hub was drawing too much power, and therefore the port was deactivated. I tried using another cable and the result was the same, so I know the USB cable isn't faulty. I also connected my iPhone to a PC later and got a similar error. Other than that (and the other issue listed below), my phone is working fine and the battery has lasted as long as it usually does - the only problem is that it won't charge.
Also, for about two weeks now, I've been receiving an error that says, "This accessory is not made to work with the iPhone" while nothing was connected to my phone. However, the error, while annoying, didn't actually pose much of a problem... it only popped up when I first unlocked my phone, and that was it. I had no audio interference, I could make/receive calls as normal, and my battery life was still about the same. I'm not sure if this is related to the first issue, as this error has been popping up for two weeks now but I've only been unable to charge my phone today.
Any suggestions on what the problem may be? I can't get it checked out at an Apple store because there are none where I live. My iPhone is unlocked.

Well, your best bet would be to contact Apple and explain your situation. if your iPhone don't charge then it basically useless..

The problem is your dock connector. There's probably something in it causing a short circuit (thats why the phone thought that an accessory was connected to it and now the short circuit is preventig the phone from charging). You could try to clean it somehow... or as a last resort you can still replace it.
