here are the steps i have taken:

open box,
update to 1.0.2 firmware,
activate - http://www.hacktheiphone.com/iphone_...r_windows.html,
unlock - http://iphone.unlock.no,

sweet!!! everything works, but youtube.
"cannot connect to youtube"

use iIndependence (latest) to deactivate en reactive the phone, it got a youtube fix with it. thats all.

ps it wont relock your sim so your good to go.

please, somebody needs to find out why sometimes it just wont work.

replace the orginal files in the lockdown folder , that solved my problem in windows using ibrickrv0.8
