Well I have to say I can't be more impressed with Apple and there service. Talked to them today and they said they would complete the investigation on there end and I now have another iPhone on the way next day air!

I'm a powerseller on eBay and have totally given up on UPS. I would see shoe holes kicked through the sides of my boxes like they played soccer with my packages, like HDS Ace Venture at the beginnng of that movie.

UPS is always hiring at the local colleges around here, and they start at just barely above minimum wage and require extrememly hard lifting and strenuous work. It's obvious why their employees want to steal everything. Their job sucks bad!

Not that other delivery carriers are perfect, I've had MUCH better luck with HDL, Fed EX and USPS. I'm amazed at how well Priority mail USPS always packages arrive in pristine condition. But UPS has really reached an all time low in my book. AVOID UPS like the plague.

When the brand new iPod Nano's came out i got it on the day and the guy who was delivering it obviously knew what it was. They delivered a box with a rip out off the side and someone had took it.

So, someone is going round with an iPod nano with my name engraved on the back off it Apple gave me 2 new ones

LOL get someone you know that works for ups. Get them to steal it. Tell apple. You get a new one. Enjoy two new iphones.

Don't waste your time with UPS.

Call Apple and they will send you a new one.

Apple will file insurance with UPS, so you don't have to worry about that part.

F'in UPS stole my Dell laptop and Amazon ipod orders. Those fuckers should wear black and white stripes instead of brown.

BTW, I ordered a new 4GB and a refurb 8GB. Both were shipped by Fedex.

Sounds like UPS sucks.
I've been Using the Post office which I used to think sucked but they've been doing a pretty good job. It seems like the best way to do business with them though is never to have to go to the Post Office.
