Sorry - couldnt resist. I couldnt agree more - it is very annoying when people constantly post 'I am a newbie - is it unlocked' OR 'a shop said they can sell me an unlocked IPhone - it must be true'.

Dev site seems to be down for me, this is what happened last timw they updated, fingers crossed they are one step closer!

Absolutely not !!! BUT they are probably the most publicised and central element in the process.

Unless you know different...if so, please feel free to contribute to the fountain of knowledge....

I'm just sayin.. I was following the guys closely from the start, then BAM comes DVD-jon from nowhere with an activation :p

No doubt that the guys have a great track record so far, but I'm not ruling out someone else beating them to the punch -.-

The iPhone Dev Wiki site now have a too many connection problem. Will that mean there will be a big change (like the Apple store did) after it re-opened?:p
