iphone not turning on

hi,

i am using jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone. i installed an app called moviestar icon from the installer. it took a long time to refresh (more than 10mins) so i pushed the menu and power button at the same time to restart my phone. when i turned it on again it just shows the apple logo but desn't fully turn on.

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
